These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Google Leads Scraper (the "Extension", "we", "us" or "our"), provided by Boring Marketing, and of this website. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

What the Extension does

Google Leads Scraper is a free Chrome extension that reads business information that is already publicly visible on Google Maps and Google My Business listings, and helps you structure and export it. The Extension collects only public business information. Scraping and processing happen locally in your own browser, and results are saved to your own device or sent to your own email inbox.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the Extension and the data you collect with it. In particular, you agree that:

• You will use the Extension in a lawful and compliant manner, including complying with all applicable laws on data protection, privacy, marketing and unsolicited communications in your jurisdiction and your recipients' jurisdictions.
• You will comply with the terms of service, acceptable use policies and robots restrictions of any website or platform you use the Extension with, including Google's terms.
• You are responsible for how you store, process and contact any person or business whose public information you collect.
• You will not use the Extension to harass, defraud, or send unlawful or deceptive communications.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Extension for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the Extension except as permitted by law.
• Resell, redistribute or sublicense the Extension as your own product.
• Use the Extension in any way that violates the rights of others or any third-party platform's terms.

No warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any data it produces will be accurate or complete. Public listings change, and the structure of third-party sites can change at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boring Marketing and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Extension. Because the Extension is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Extension is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for it (which is zero) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for your own compliant and lawful use, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Extension or breach of these Terms.

Google Leads Scraper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Maps, Google My Business and Gmail are trademarks of Google LLC.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Extension after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction, TODO], without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
